Along with the rest of the team, my position with BT was outsourced to India. I decided to seize the opportunity and tour Europe with my family for 18 months. However, as BT later regretted the decision I worked for them again remotely from Portugal training permanent staff in England and creating a system manual. During this period I had also been building websites and one of them was awarded the uk2.net ‘Website of the Month’.
